This is suitable for both male and female of all ages.

This is a pair of tapa cloth wrist bands/ankle or arm bands with turquoise feathers.

OPTION--you can change the color of the feathers to any color you like, or without the feathers :)

The flower is all tapa cloth. Please note that all tapa is unique and not duplicated so tapa will vary from the picture but I do use tapa that is similar to the picture.
