Processing & Handling:
All of our items are handmade with care. Please note that processing times are approximately 5–6 weeks before shipment. This timeframe reflects our current order volume and the time required to craft each piece by hand.
Processing times may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss available options.
As a small business, we personally handcraft over 99% of our products—we do not outsource mass production. Because of this, our processing and shipping times may be longer than large retailers. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note: contacting us multiple times for order status updates will not expedite your order. We ask that customers refer to our posted processing timeframes before reaching out for updates so we can focus on completing all orders efficiently.
Rush Orders:
If you need your costume or costume set sooner than the standard processing time, we offer rush services for an additional fee:
Needed within 4–5 weeks:

Please note:

Rush fees are non-negotiable and must be paid in full before production begins.

Orders placed with an incorrect or unpaid rush fee will be cancelled and refunded.

Rush fees are separate from expedited shipping costs, which must be paid separately if selected.
For group or large orders, please plan for a production window of 10–12 weeks.
Shipping & Delivery:
We primarily ship through USPS. If you prefer a different carrier, please contact us prior to checkout.

Orders over $100 automatically include insurance.

Insurance for orders under $100 can be added upon request (additional charge applies).

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your item ships.
We also ship internationally. Please note:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

If an order is returned by customs, the buyer must pay for redelivery or accept a refund minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Please ensure your PayPal and shipping addresses are accurate. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Deliveries:
Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must:

Contact your local post office or courier to file a claim.

Depending on their determination, you may also need to file a police report.
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and that someone is available to receive your delivery.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Redelivery will require a new purchase.
International Orders:
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package size and weight.
A customs receipt number will be provided when your order ships. This confirms shipment and delivery, but international tracking is not guaranteed once the package leaves the U.S.
International shipping times vary and may range from 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on customs delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
All customs duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not pay or reimburse these fees.
Returns & Exchange:
All sales are final. Refunds are not accepted.
Occasional exceptions may be made for store credit or exchange at our sole discretion.
If approved, the following conditions apply:

Items must be returned within 5 business days of delivery.

Approved returns will receive a refund minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges for incorrect sizing (due to buyer measurement error) are accepted with a 25% restocking fee and payment for the size difference, if applicable.
Buyers are responsible for all return and reshipment costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
No exceptions will be made for:

Used, damaged, or worn items
